Frequency control lobe pump series
Frequency control lobe pump series is formed by a set of lobe pump heads with standard configuration combined with a standard converter-motor or a converter motor equipped with a reducer, in which the output speed of converter motor is controlled by the frequency converter so as to control the revolving speed and output flow of lobe pump.
Technical features of frequency control lobe pump series (LP-II series):
1. Frequency control is of advantages of high level automation and easy control;
2. Easy to control speed, Frequency control range is 5~20Hz ;
3. Generally speaking, the speed range of 100 rpm ~ 400 rpm is most suitable for working performances of lobe pump. The excessive speed can't fit to the delivery performance of the lobe pump;
4. LP-II-series lobe pump have low torque, so them can transport low viscosity liquid, such as sweet water, juice, water, yoghort
5. We can provide a reducer system with a special speed governing range to meet users' requirements according to different necessity of process, The lobe pump is LP-III series
